❊ About The Model
As a therapist, I’ve worked with many people who have a strong understanding of their patterns and still find it difficult to shift into something new.
I’ve come to see how frustrating that gap between knowing and doing can be, especially when someone is already putting in real effort to grow. Over time, I found myself wanting to create a space outside of the therapy room where people could move out of their heads and into the present moment.
That’s what led me to create The Mindful Miles Collective.
This program is designed to help you experience change in real time. Through running, you begin to notice how you respond to stress, discomfort, and challenge as it’s happening.
Each week is guided by a therapeutic framework, with space to reflect and process as a group. Over 8 weeks, you move through a shared training experience with the same group of people, allowing consistency and connection to build.
Along the way, you might notice where you push too hard, where you pull back, or where your thoughts start to take over. There’s an opportunity to stay with those moments a little longer and begin responding in a way that feels more aligned with who you want to be.
My goal in creating this space is to help shift the way we relate to feeling stuck. Not as something to fix or push through, but as something to understand and work with differently.
Over time, those shifts begin to carry into other areas of your life, including how you handle stress, make decisions, and relate to yourself when things feel uncertain.
Over the course of the program, we’ll cover topics, like:
Inner dialogue & self-awareness
The tone, content, and timing of how you speak to yourself when things feel hard.
Mindfulness in movement
What it’s like to stay connected to your body in the moment, instead of moving on autopilot or disconnecting when discomfort arises.
Self-compassion & motivation
How you respond to yourself when you feel behind, inconsistent, or not “enough.”
Effort, rest & balance
Your relationship to pushing, slowing down, and permission to pause—both in movement and in life.
Everyday life connection
How these patterns show up far beyond running—in relationships, work, rest, and self-expectation.
