Weekly Meetups
Weeks 2–8: Weekly Group Sessions (60 minutes)
Following the first week, we meet once per week for 7 weeks.
Each session includes:
Approximately 30 minutes of guided movement (walk/run)
Approximately 30 minutes of group reflection and debrief
During the movement portion, participants are invited to engage at a pace that feels accessible and sustainable for their body that day. There is no expectation around speed, distance, or performance.
Each week includes a thematic focus (such as self-talk, effort, rest, or mindfulness in movement) to guide both the run and the reflection.
