First Meeting
Week 1: Extended Opening Session (90 minutes)
Our first meeting is a longer, foundational session designed to help you ease into the group and set the tone for the weeks ahead.
We will spend this time:
Making introductions
Establishing personal intentions and goals for the 8-week experience
Creating an individualized running plan to support you between sessions
Introducing the reflective themes and online space used throughout the program
Going on our first guided group walk/run together
